We had a vehicle theft earlier this week that was devastating and resulted in a broken window. Our homeowner's agent arranged for your company to repair the window and we are more than pleased. When the installer arrived he discovered the wrong window had been ordered and said we may not get it until Friday. I explained our situation and how it hindered my husband from his job and he was back within an hour after getting the correct window. I had an installation today based out of Chicopee, MA. I wanted to let someone know how impressed I was with the service and especially the technician Ben. I wish I had his last name, but his service was outstanding. I am an installation manager for a service company and I continue have to work day in and day out to have my techs demonstrate and execute the exact type of service procedure that Ben completed today. He called in advance, introduced himself, shook my hand, covered the scope of work and cost before the install, completed the install, explained the safety wait time and other necessary precautions, explained the warranty and who I should contact if I have any problems, and completed the transaction and shook my hand again. First class all the way and I could not have written any better of a scenario. Please see that he is recognized for his outstanding efforts.
