The whole experience was easy and far exceeded my expectations! I was in a bind and needed a new rear window on my 2006 VW Jetta. From scheduling with Carrie, talking to Julie at the location, and Everett doing the work, all were very helpful. I was able to leave my car overnight. From the moment I entered the building these guys were eager to get to work and make me comfortable. Keith N. set me up in the lobby where I was able to work on my computer.
