We had our windshield replaced by Glass America in the summer of 2009. This week, water started dripping inside the vehicle. Paul was our technician today. He explained the sunroof was possibly the cause, took time to test, seal, tighten, and explain the possible problem to me. He was very polite and courteous. My car was broken into last night, my insurance company reffered me to Glass America. They were able to replace my windshield the same day within a couple of hours. The technician made me feel safe and even vacuumed out all of the glass. I hope my car never gets vandalized again but if it does I will definitely be back.
