Gentlemen: Just a note to let you know that we recently received outstanding service from Glass America in Murfreesboro, Tennessee.

I had a family medical emergency while Mr. Ellis Brandan was installing the windshield on my van. I needed to meet my young daughter at the doctor and was not able to use the van. Mr. Brandan volunteered to take me to the doctor's office to meet my family. My daughter and I appreciate him going the extra mile.
